- Every customer may return/exchange the merchandise within 7 days of receipt of the product. After these 7 days merchandise is not exchangeable nor returnable. In case the customer decides to return or exchange products, he has to contact our customer support within 7 days by sending an email at: returns@ecigsdiscount.com - in order to obtain further procedures for the exchange/return of the product.
- The customer is obligated to pay for shipping of returned/exchanged merchandise. Shipping cost of such merchandise is covered by the purchaser. If the seller mistakenly sends the merchandise, then he is obliged to cover both the cost of shipping, and of the exchange of the product.
- After you receive an email which confirms the return/exchange of the merchandise, the product should be sent at the indicated address within three working days.
- Cost of goods which are returned will be returned to the credit card used in the order within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Merchandise bearing the signs of being used will not be returned nor exchanged.
- Discounted (resale) products are not returnable nor exchangeable.
Returning Goods for Exchange or Credit: - A product in condition allowing to sell it again may be returned for exchange or credit on account of future Purchases within 90 days of shipment date. "Condition allowing to sell it again" means the product is unused, in the original packing, with all original packing content. Cash refunds will not be issued. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling come under no refund.
Returning Defective Goods: - All products proved to Manufacturer's satisfaction to have been deficient at moment of shipment may be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Merchandise will either be exchanged, repaired, or the value of the product issued for credit. At our discretion, we will reimburse shipping and handling charges related to the return and exchange of defective products.
Some products are further warranted against manufacturing and material deficiencies arising under normal usage; refer to particular product warranties for more information. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We can ship orders using USPS priority mail to most foreign countries, but we will not be responsible for delays, damages, open/broken or lost packages if you choose USPS priority mail shipping option. IF the packages is damaged/broken or lost by USPS, you will be charged for the orders. We don't refund shipping cost If your shipment is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason. |

- All products offered in the ECigsDiscount.com store are guaranteed by the manufacturer, importer or seller.
- Atomizers/Caromizers - fall within the 7 days warranty. In case of not operating properly atomizers, the client is obliged to contact the customer support at support@ecigsdiscount.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. After receiving the returned, defective atomizer, the product will be replaced with the new one.
- Batteries and chargers fall within 14 days warranty. If the battery is not operating properly, the client is obliged to contact the customer support at support@ecigsdiscount.com within 48 hours of receipt the product. After receiving the returned, defective battery, the product will be replaced with a new one.
- Liquids and cartridges do not fall within warranty nor exchanges, nor are returnable.
